We Accept Returns If:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items are unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging (including certificates/boxes).
- Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized/personalized jewelry.
- Final sale items (marked "Non-Returnable").
Final Sale Items:
Final sale items cannot be returned for refund or exchange. These items are marked as clearance on our refund page:
- Any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Any item in our 14K Solid Gold collection is Final Sale.
- Any digital item is Final Sale.
- No refunds, store credits or exchanges will be granted for any return of a Final Sale item. If you return a Final Sale item, your item will be disposed of.
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate a Return

Step 2: Ship Your Item

- Shipping Cost:
Free returns: Due to the product's quality problems,we provide a prepaid return label .
International returns: Customer pays return shipping(Exclude the product's quality problems).
Step 3: Track & Confirm
- Email us your tracking number.
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your package.
- After receiving the goods and confirming that they are correct, we will process a refund for you. If there is no return order number, no refund will be given after the order is detained and destroyed by customs
- After returning the goods, please send the tracking number to customer service.

Exchanges
Size/Item Exchanges:

- Include a note specifying your new desired item/size.
- We’ll ship the replacement once your return is approved.
- Normally, we will process your order within 48 hours. If you cancel the order before the order processing time, we will support the cancellation of the order.

Insufficient/non-compliant returns will be sent back at customer’s expense.
